Landesstraf- und Verordnungsgesetz
Auf die Straftaten des Landesrechts sind die im Allgemeinen Teil des Strafgesetzbuchs enthaltenen Vorschriften sowie die Vorschriften des Jugendgerichtsgesetzes, der Strafprozeßordnung und des Gerichtsverfassungsgesetzes anzuwenden, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
