1Für Beschäftigungsgeber, die im Eigentum oder unter der Kontrolle eines Landkreises stehen, gelten § 12 Abs. 1 Satz 1 und Abs. 4 sowie die §§ 13 bis 18 HinSchG entsprechend. 2Ausgenommen von Satz 1 sind Beschäftigungsgeber mit in der Regel weniger als 50 Beschäftigten. 3 Art. 56 Abs. 4 Satz 3 GO gilt entsprechend.
