Rechtsverordnungen der Regierung nach Art. 8 Abs. 3 Satz 2 und nach Art. 9 Abs. 1 Satz 1 sind im Amtsblatt der Regierung bekanntzumachen.
(2)
Für Änderungen nach Art. 8 und Rechtshandlungen, die aus Anlaß solcher Änderungen erforderlich sind, werden landesrechtlich geregelte Abgaben nicht erhoben.
