(1)
Dem Ministerpräsidenten steht hinsichtlich des Verlusts der Beamtenrechte das Gnadenrecht zu.
(2)
Wird im Gnadenweg der Verlust der Beamtenrechte in vollem Umfang beseitigt, so gilt ab diesem Zeitpunkt Art. 19 entsprechend.
(3)
Auf Unterhaltsbeiträge, die im Gnadenweg bewilligt werden, findet Art. 74 Abs. 3 BayDG entsprechende Anwendung, soweit die Gnadenentscheidung nichts anderes bestimmt.
