Kommunal-Wahlbeamten-Gesetz
(1)
Mit dem Beginn der Amtszeit als Beamter oder als Beamtin auf Zeit erlischt ein privatrechtliches Arbeitsverhältnis zum selben Dienstherrn.
(2)
Ein Beamter oder eine Beamtin auf Zeit kann nicht gleichzeitig Ehrenbeamter oder Ehrenbeamtin bei demselben Dienstherrn werden.
