Kommunalabgabengesetz
1Mit Geldbuße bis zu zehntausend Euro kann belegt werden, wer als Abgabepflichtiger oder bei Wahrnehmung der Angelegenheiten eines Abgabepflichtigen eine der in Art. 14 Abs. 1 Satz 1 bezeichneten Taten leichtfertig begeht. 2 § 370 Abs. 4 und § 378 Abs. 3 AO sind in ihrer jeweils geltenden Fassung entsprechend anzuwenden.
