1 Art. 10 BayStVollzG gilt entsprechend. 2Eine Verlegung zur Förderung der Eingliederung nach der Entlassung findet nicht statt.
(2)
Jugendliche dürfen aus medizinischem oder anderem wichtigen Grund in eine andere Jugendarrestanstalt, eine Jugendstrafvollzugsanstalt oder eine für den Vollzug der Freiheitsstrafe zuständige Anstalt überstellt werden.
(3)
Art. 131 Abs. 4 BayStVollzG gilt entsprechend.
