1Weibliche und männliche Jugendliche werden getrennt untergebracht. 2Im Übrigen gilt Art. 20 Abs. 1 und 2 BayStVollzG mit der Maßgabe entsprechend, dass der gemeinsamen Unterbringung nach Art. 20 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BayStVollzG keine erzieherischen Gründe entgegenstehen dürfen. 3 Art. 166 Abs. 4 BayStVollzG gilt entsprechend.
