Dieses Gesetz regelt den Vollzug des Jugendarrestes (Vollzug) in einer Jugendarrestanstalt (Anstalt).
(2)
Jugendliche im Sinne dieses Gesetzes sind auch Heranwachsende und Erwachsene, gegen die eine auf Jugendarrest erkennende Entscheidung vollstreckt wird.
