Auf Grund dieses Gesetzes können die Grundrechte auf Freiheit der Person, Versammlungsfreiheit, Unverletzlichkeit der Wohnung und Eigentum (Art. 2 Abs. 2 Satz 2, Art. 8 Abs. 1, Art. 13 und 14 des Grundgesetzes, Art. 101, 102 Abs. 1, Art. 103, 106 Abs. 3 und Art. 113 der Verfassung) eingeschränkt werden.
