(1)
Die Mitglieder eines Gremiums werden, soweit sie dem Gremium nicht kraft Amtes angehören, für eine bestimmte Amtszeit bestellt oder gewählt; sie sind an Weisungen nicht gebunden.
(2)
Professorinnen und Professoren, die aufgrund einer Regelung nach Art. 41 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 2 oder nach Art. 98 Abs. 8 mitwirkungsberechtigt sind, werden bei der Bestimmung der Mehrheit insoweit berücksichtigt, als sie mitgewirkt haben.
