(1)
Mit Geldbuße kann belegt werden, wer entgegen Art. 20 Abs. 1, auch in Verbindung mit Art. 28 Abs. 1 Satz 2, Abstimmende oder Unterzeichnende beeinflusst, behindert oder belästigt.
(2)
Mit Geldbuße bis zu fünfzigtausend Euro kann belegt werden, wer entgegen Art. 20 Abs. 2 vor Ablauf der Abstimmungszeit Ergebnisse von Befragungen über den Inhalt der Stimmrechtsausübung, die nach der Stimmabgabe vorgenommen wurden, veröffentlicht.
