1Nichttragende Außenwände und nichttragende Teile von Außenwänden von Mittel- und Großgaragen müssen aus nichtbrennbaren Baustoffen bestehen. 2Das gilt nicht für Außenwände von eingeschossigen oberirdischen Mittel- und Großgaragen, wenn das Gebäude allein der Garagennutzung dient.
