Mit Geldbuße bis zu fünftausend Euro kann belegt werden, wer vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig
- 1.entgegen Art. 23 Abs. 1 Satz 1, Abs. 2 Satz 2, Abs. 3 oder 4 einer vollziehbaren Anordnung nicht, nicht richtig, nicht vollständig oder nicht rechtzeitig nachkommt oder deren Durchführung stört oder
- 2.einer vollziehbaren Anordnung nach Art. 24 Satz 1 zuwiderhandelt.
