1Das Staatsministerium pflegt eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Landesfeuerwehrverband Bayern e.V. und anderen Interessenvertretungen der Feuerwehren. 2Die staatlichen Behörden sollen grundsätzliche Fachfragen des Feuerwehrwesens im Benehmen mit den für ihren Bereich gebildeten Feuerwehrverbänden entscheiden.
