Das Satzungsrecht der Hochschulen nach Art. 13 Abs. 1 Satz 2 in Verbindung mit Art. 61 Abs. 2 Satz 1 und Abs. 3 Satz 1 Nr. 8 des Bayerischen Hochschulgesetzes (BayHSchG) bleibt im Übrigen unberührt.
(2)
Hochschulen, die elektronische Fernprüfungen durchführen, sind verpflichtet, an der Evaluierung nach Art. 61 Abs. 10 Satz 4 BayHSchG mitzuwirken.
