BayEUG
Bayerisches Gesetz über das Erziehungs- und Unterrichtswesen
Auf Grund dieses Gesetzes können die Grundrechte auf körperliche Unversehrtheit, Freiheit der Person und Unverletzlichkeit der Wohnung eingeschränkt werden (Art. 102 Abs. 1, Art. 106 Abs. 3 der Verfassung, Art. 2 Abs. 2, Art. 13 Abs. 1 des Grundgesetzes).
