Die Art. 27 mit 31 gelten für das Präsidium des Landtags sowie für die Mitglieder des Zwischenausschusses und ihre ersten Stellvertreter.
(2)
In den Fällen des Art. 28 wird die Mitwirkung des Landtags durch die Mitwirkung des Zwischenausschusses ersetzt.
