Das Gericht entscheidet, wenn das Wiederaufnahmeverfahren nicht auf andere Weise abgeschlossen wird, auf Grund mündlicher Verhandlung durch Urteil.
(2)
Gegen das Urteil des Verwaltungsgerichts kann das in dem jeweiligen Verfahren statthafte Rechtsmittel eingelegt werden.
