1Dienstbezüge sind die in Art. 2 Abs. 2 und 3 Nrn. 1 bis 4 des Bayerischen Besoldungsgesetzes (BayBesG) genannten Bestandteile. 2Dazu gehören auch Zuschüsse zum Grundgehalt für Professoren und Professorinnen an Hochschulen.

Anwärterbezüge sind die in Art. 2 Abs. 3 Nr. 5 BayBesG genannten Bestandteile sowie der Orts- und Familienzuschlag.
