Beamtenrecht
(1)
Die Beamtenbeisitzer müssen auf Lebenszeit ernannte Beamte oder Beamtinnen bei einem bayerischen Dienstherrn (§ 2 BeamtStG) oder kommunale Wahlbeamte oder Wahlbeamtinnen (Art. 1 Abs. 2 KWBG) sein und bei ihrer Wahl ihren dienstlichen Wohnsitz im Kammerbezirk haben.
(2)
Die §§ 20 bis 24, 27, 28 und 34 VwGO werden auf die Beamtenbeisitzer nicht angewandt.
