1Nach der Beendigung der Ermittlungen ist dem Beamten oder der Beamtin Gelegenheit zu geben, sich abschließend zu äußern; Art. 22 Abs. 2 gilt entsprechend. 2Die Anhörung kann unterbleiben, wenn das Disziplinarverfahren nach Art. 33 Abs. 2 Nrn. 2 oder 3 eingestellt werden soll.
