Zur Ergänzung dieses Gesetzes sind die Bestimmungen des Bayerischen Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetzes (BayVwVfG) und der Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung (VwGO) entsprechend anzuwenden, soweit sie nicht zu den Bestimmungen dieses Gesetzes in Widerspruch stehen oder in diesem Gesetz etwas anderes bestimmt ist.
