Abweichend von § 14 Satz 1 BauVorlV gelten für den Abgrabungsplan nach Art. 7 Abs. 1 Satz 1 BayAbgrG die Vorschriften des Ersten bis Dritten Teils der Bauvorlagenverordnung in Verbindung mit § 11 Abs. 1 bis 4 entsprechend.
