Beamtenrecht
(1)
Beamte und Beamtinnen sind von Amtshandlungen zu befreien, die sich gegen sie selbst oder Angehörige richten würden.
(2)
Gesetzliche Vorschriften, insbesondere Art. 20 BayVwVfG, nach denen Beamte und Beamtinnen von einzelnen Amtshandlungen ausgeschlossen sind, bleiben unberührt.
