Ein Beamter oder eine Beamtin auf Lebenszeit kann auf Antrag in den Ruhestand versetzt werden, wenn er oder sie

1.
das 64. Lebensjahr vollendet hat oder
2.
schwerbehindert im Sinn des § 2 Abs. 2 des Neunten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB IX) ist und mindestens das 60. Lebensjahr vollendet hat.
