1Ein Beamtenverhältnis auf Probe ist spätestens nach fünf Jahren in ein solches auf Lebenszeit umzuwandeln, wenn der Beamte oder die Beamtin die beamtenrechtlichen Voraussetzungen hierfür erfüllt. 2Zeiten einer Beurlaubung ohne Dienstbezüge gelten nicht als Probezeit.
