Bayerisches Beamtengesetz
1Oberste Dienstbehörde ist die oberste Behörde des Dienstherrn in dem Dienstbereich, in dem der Beamte oder die Beamtin ein Amt bekleidet. 2Als oberste Dienstbehörde von Ruhestandsbeamten, Ruhestandsbeamtinnen, sonstigen Versorgungsberechtigten oder früheren Beamten und Beamtinnen gilt die Behörde, die zuletzt oberste Dienstbehörde der Beamten und Beamtinnen war.
