Bezirksordnung
(1)
1Die Verwaltungstätigkeit des Bezirks muß mit der Verfassung und den Gesetzen im Einklang stehen. 2Sie darf nur von sachlichen Gesichtspunkten geleitet sein.
(2)
1Für Bezirke gelten § 12 Abs. 1 Satz 1 und Abs. 4 sowie die §§ 13 bis 18 des Hinweisgeberschutzgesetzes (HinSchG) entsprechend. 2Dies gilt nicht bei in der Regel weniger als 50 Beschäftigten. 3 Art. 56 Abs. 4 Satz 3 der Gemeindeordnung (GO) gilt entsprechend.
