Auf Grund dieses Gesetzes können die Grundrechte auf Freiheit der Person und der Unverletzlichkeit der Wohnung eingeschränkt werden (Art. 2 Abs. 2, Art. 13 des Grundgesetzes, Art. 102 und 106 Abs. 3 der Verfassung).
