1Die Regelungen dieses Abschnitts gelten für Professoren und Professorinnen, Juniorprofessoren und Juniorprofessorinnen, Nachwuchsprofessoren und Nachwuchsprofessorinnen sowie hauptberufliche Mitglieder von Hochschulleitungen. 2Zu den hauptberuflichen Mitgliedern von Hochschulleitungen im Sinn dieses Abschnitts gehören nicht die Kanzler und Kanzlerinnen.
