Dieses Gesetz gilt auch für die am 1. Januar 2011 und am 31. Dezember 2010 vorhandenen Berechtigten im Sinn des Art. 1 Abs. 1 Satz 1, Teil 5 für vorhandene Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitnehmerinnen nach Art. 1 Abs. 4.
