1Für den Abgrabungsplan (Art. 7 Abs. 1 Satz 1 BayAbgrG) gelten die Vorschriften des Ersten bis Dritten Teils entsprechend. 2In den Fällen des Art. 8 BayAbgrG bleiben weitergehende Anforderungen nach Abschnitt III des Fünften Teils BayVwVfG unberührt.
