(1) Das Bundesministerium für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen ist benennende Behörde im Sinne des Artikels 38 Absatz 1 Satz 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/3110.
(2) Die Behörde nach Absatz 1 überwacht und bewertet die nach § 2 Absatz 1 benannte Technische Bewertungsstelle im Sinne des Artikels 39 Absatz 3 Satz 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/3110.
