(1) Bei Festsetzung der Höhe baulicher Anlagen sind die erforderlichen Bezugspunkte zu bestimmen.
(2) Ist die Höhe baulicher Anlagen als zwingend festgesetzt (§ 16 Absatz 4 Satz 2), können geringfügige Abweichungen zugelassen werden.
