Die Umlegungsstelle kann den Umlegungsplan auch nach Eintritt der Unanfechtbarkeit ändern, wenn
- 1.
- der Bebauungsplan geändert wird,
- 2.
- eine rechtskräftige Entscheidung eines Gerichts die Änderung notwendig macht oder
- 3.
- die Beteiligten mit der Änderung einverstanden sind.
