Wer für Handels- und Vermittlungsgeschäfte eine Internationale Einfuhrbescheinigung oder eine Wareneingangsbescheinigung benötigt, hat diese beim Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA) zu beantragen. § 30 gilt entsprechend mit der Maßgabe, dass die Einfuhr in das im Antrag bezeichnete Bestimmungsland nachzuweisen ist.
