Auslandsunterhaltsgesetz
Wird die Entscheidung in dem Staat, in dem sie ergangen ist, aufgehoben oder abgeändert und kann die davon begünstigte Partei diese Tatsache nicht mehr in dem Verfahren über den Antrag auf Feststellung der Anerkennung geltend machen, so ist § 67 Absatz 1 bis 4 entsprechend anzuwenden.
