Auf die Anerkennung und Vollstreckbarerklärung von ausländischen Unterhaltstiteln nach den in § 1 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 2 bezeichneten völkerrechtlichen Verträgen sind die Vorschriften der §§ 36 bis 56 entsprechend anzuwenden, soweit in diesem Abschnitt nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
