In Bezug auf die Zuständigkeit im Anwendungsbereich der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1896/2006 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 12. Dezember 2006 zur Einführung eines Europäischen Mahnverfahrens (ABl. L 399 vom 30.12.2006, S. 1) bleibt § 1087 der Zivilprozessordnung unberührt.
