Zuständig für die Registrierung des Asylantrags nach Artikel 27 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1348 ist die Aufnahmeeinrichtung, mit der der Ausländer zuerst in Kontakt tritt. In den Fällen des § 14 Absatz 2 und 5 sowie § 71 Absatz 2 Satz 2 ist das Bundesamt für die Registrierung zuständig, soweit eine Registrierung noch nicht erfolgt ist.
