(1) Das Bundesamt gewährt auf Ersuchen des Antragstellers unentgeltlich Rechtsauskunft nach Artikel 16 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1348 und nach Artikel 21 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1351.
(2) In den Fällen des Artikels 16 Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1348 und des Artikels 21 Absatz 7 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1351 ist die Rechtsauskunft ausgeschlossen.
