Apothekenbetriebsordnung
Eine die ordnungsgemäße Arzneimittelversorgung des Krankenhauses gewährleistende Dienstbereitschaft ist durch den Inhaber der Erlaubnis sicherzustellen. Dies schließt auch ein, dass die Beratung durch einen Apotheker der Apotheke gewährleistet ist.
