Anfechtungsgesetz
Die Anfechtung wird nicht dadurch ausgeschlossen, daß für die Rechtshandlung ein vollstreckbarer Schuldtitel erlangt oder daß die Handlung durch Zwangsvollstreckung erwirkt worden ist.
