Einer Erlaubnis nach § 20b Absatz 1 und § 20c Absatz 1 bedarf nicht eine Person, die Arzt ist und die dort genannten Tätigkeiten mit Ausnahme des Inverkehrbringens ausübt, um das Gewebe oder die Gewebezubereitung persönlich bei ihren Patienten anzuwenden. Dies gilt nicht für Arzneimittel, die zur klinischen Prüfung bestimmt sind.
