(1) Der Letztintermediär hat dem Aktionär die nach § 67a Absatz 1 Satz 1 erhaltenen Informationen nach Artikel 2 Absatz 1 und 4, Artikel 9 Absatz 2 Unterabsatz 1 sowie Absatz 3 und 4 Unterabsatz 3 sowie Artikel 10 der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2018/1212 zu übermitteln. § 67a Absatz 2 Satz 1 und 4 gilt entsprechend.
(2) Absatz 1 gilt auch für Informationen einer börsennotierten Gesellschaft mit Sitz in einem anderen Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union.
