Gehören alle Aktien allein oder neben der Gesellschaft einem Aktionär, ist unverzüglich eine entsprechende Mitteilung unter Angabe von Name, Vorname, Geburtsdatum und Wohnort des alleinigen Aktionärs zum Handelsregister einzureichen.
