Sonderstrafrecht
(1) Mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe wird bestraft, wer es als Mitglied des Vorstands entgegen § 92 Abs. 1 unterläßt, bei einem Verlust in Höhe der Hälfte des Grundkapitals die Hauptversammlung einzuberufen und ihr dies anzuzeigen.
(2) Handelt der Täter fahrlässig, so ist die Strafe Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder Geldstrafe.
