Wird der Anfechtungsprozess beendet, hat die börsennotierte Gesellschaft die Verfahrensbeendigung unverzüglich in den Gesellschaftsblättern bekannt zu machen. § 149 Abs. 2 und 3 ist entsprechend anzuwenden.
