Ein Unternehmen, dem eine Mitteilung nach § 20 Abs. 1, 3 oder 4, § 21 Abs. 1 oder 2 gemacht worden ist, kann jederzeit verlangen, daß ihm das Bestehen der Beteiligung nachgewiesen wird.
